Third-party content — including embedded videos, news feeds, and licensed photography — remains the property of its respective owners.
5. User Content and Submissions
You are solely responsible for any content you upload or transmit. By submitting content, you grant The World Access™ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, and perform that content in connection with our services. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.
6. Rules of Conduct
You agree not to use our Sites for any unlawful, improper, or prohibited purpose. Harassment, bullying, obscenity, pornography, bigotry, and violence are strictly prohibited. 13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States, excluding conflicts of law provisions. You agree that any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. By using our Sites, you irrevocably consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts and waive any objection to venue. A printed version of these Terms shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings to the same extent as other business records.
